Offshore services entail cold calling, qualifying, tech checks basically engaging and identifying the resource for a specific need. Onsite responsibilities can be expanded but not limited to qualifying the resource by matching relevant credentials to the actual person, candidate’s communication and interpersonal skills, talent relevant for the job requirement.
